Confirmations & KLU Templates
You need a proof that you are a student? You need the KLU logo or information on KLU brand guidelines? All the details on how to obtain them can be found below.
Download your certificates & confirmations instantly on MyKLU
Enrollment certificate
Students can conveniently download their Certificate of Enrollment for the current semester at any time through MyKLU.
Follow these steps:
1. Navigate to the “Studyplan & Certificates” section.2. Select your course.
3. At the top right corner, choose “Enrollment Certificate.”
The certificate for the current semester will be available there. With the start of each new semester, typically a few daysin advance, the updated certificate will also be accessible.

Important note for PhD students: For PhD students, the enrollment certificate will be sent via email.
Further certificates & confirmations on MyKLU
In addition, you can download your transcript of records and an internship certificate from the same section at MyKLU.
Confirmation lecture-free period
You need an overview about the next semester breaks or you are required to submit the semester dates to your employer? Simply use KLU's FAQs on KLU's website and see the question: "Is there an overview about the semester dates/breaks (academic calendar)?
