Every student is welcome to our Student Info Point for guidance and assistance.
We offer you first-level support and general information as well as a document pick-up service. The Student Info Point is located on the first floor near the bistro.
It is open from Mondays to Fridays during the lecture period, Mondays to Thursdays during the lecture-free period, and staffed with members of the departments Student Services, Program Services, International Office, Career Services, Student Recruitment and Admissions.

In order to access your account, you will need to use the login information provided to you during the orientation. Should you have any issues accessing it, please contact your program manager.
Nope! The KLU program management department will grant you access to all your courses.
You can find your modules on the myCourses tab located at the top of each page.

You can download it anytime from your MyKlu: “Studyplan & Certificates” > select course> and on the top right you will see this and select “enrollment certificate” at the right corner. It will be there for the current semester and with the start of each new semester, you will have the new certificate there as well.
If you have any questions about accommodation, please first refer to the information that Student Services has on their pages about the topic. If you can’t find an answer there, kindly send an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org and the colleagues will get back to you soon!
In case you have lost your student ID or semester ticket, please contact Student Services and they will issue a new one. The price for replacement is EUR 10 for a substitute student ID card and EUR 27,50 for a substitute semester ticket.
