9. Sustainability Impact Project

In this module, participants will work in small groups to identify a sustainability- related issue that is material to a company (one team member should be an employee of that company), derive a solution and prepare an implementation plan for this solution. Toward the end of the module, the participants will summarize their sustainability impact project (problem statement, solution/strategy, implementation plan) in a 6-page memo and present their project in front of an audience.
