After Submission
- Access to
IT services: Once your documents are verified, our IT department will provide
you with login credentials for your Outlook account and other KLU portals (earliest in mid-August).
- Enrollment certificate & semester ticket: If all documents are submitted by the deadline, you will receive your enrollment certificate and semester ticket for public transportation (earliest in mid-August).
- Welcome Week: During Welcome Week, you will receive your Student ID card.
Important Reminders
- In-Person verification: Bring original documents, such as your school leaving certificate, university degree certificates, and transcripts of records, for in-person verification at the Office of Admissions during your first days on campus. You will receive an email reminder from the Admissions team regarding this step.
