2.1. The right form of documents

The checklist in the previous chapter shows which enrollment documents must be submitted in which forms.

Nearly all documents can simply be sent by email to studentservices@klu.org.

Only your proof of health insurance must be reported electronically by your insurance company if you are insured with a statutory insurance. Please ask your insurance company to do so. If you have a private insurance, we need both: An electronic notification by a statutory health insurance company which states that you are exempted from public insurance as well as the confirmation of your private insurance sent by email.

As for your university degree certificates and transcripts of records, please present the original documents to the Office of Admissions during your first days on campus. You will be reminded by email about the same by the Admissions team.
