There are two special events designed to get everybody up and moving: The intercultural training & the team building. The aim of both events is to provide each student with a hands-on and interactive learning experience. The skills you will learn, shall prepare you for classes and may help you grow personally as well.

Intercultural Competence

The intercultural training shall introduce the students to an intercultural academic experience in Germany. Together with students from other countries than your own, you'll solve different exercises in order to understand what it means to study in an international environment. You will be divided into small groups to make the most of this experience. 

Team building

The team building events are designed to get to know each other better as well as to build a sense of community within your class.

The intercultural competence and teambuilding event on September 5th, take place in parallel groups:

The Intercultural Training takes place at KLU, please note the room location to your respective group.

Team building takes place at two ships: Rickmer Rickmers & Cap San Diego, please note the respective ship + address and your responsible tutor.
